"I've been using Tango across 2 companies now and this has been one of my favorite tools. While a tool like Loom is interesting for ad-hoc tutorials, if you want to invest in documenting processes, Tango is the way to go.

I love how you literally just have to.. do the process! And it maps automatically. The other feature that it allows a live step by step rather than having two tabs open and trying to figure out where to click."

[On dislikes] It’s not that I dislike jQuery, but not being a programmer, it took me a while to understand it and use it. But once I did, I love the power! It would be nice to have some more examples of jQuery usage."

If you want everyone you work with to think you are a genius, use this extension! I constantly get private and public props from colleagues for the how-tos that I send them – they think it takes me forever to make these, but little do they know that it literally only takes me seconds, lol.

This is an amazing product that can save SO much time and create a very professional-level, easily readable documentation. The ability to format the Tangos into PDFs is a life saver. It integrates and embeds in various other applications, which has DRASTICALLY helped with organisation and communication within my org. A must have for all serious documentation creators!

Where has this been all my training life? This has made the process so much faster and easier! I love that we can edit things to make it reflect what is needed so the information can be generalized where applicable.

Tango makes my life as a training leader in a growing startup infinitely much easier. Hands-down favorite way to pull walkthroughs and resources together for staff, especially as we onboard new hires each month with processes that are constantly  being re-iterated. Saves my life on a weekly basis - one very happy customer here!

We all know that updated checklists and SOPs make us and our entire team 100x more effective! My team is so sick of hearing me talk about Tango that I think they secretly take a shot after our Zoom calls every time I mention it 🥃

I just created a 38-step Process whilst doing the task. It took screenshots for me, it recorded every step including things like "Click Send" which when training a new team member is key. Do yourself a favour and invest in Tango.
