1. Go to Home • Ashby
2. Click on Admin

3. Click on Create Job
You need to create the open role before you can post a JD and open the interview process.

4. Type in the title of the role

5. Click on the team

6. Click on location - you may select Remote as an option!

7. Click on Create Draft

8. Choose an Interview plan and click on it.
Interview plans determine how many phases the process may take.

9. Click on Job Postings

10. Click on New Draft
This will draft the posting itself, now that you have created the open role.

11. Type in the title of the role you want to post

12. Click "Basic Info". Add job description details under "Description."

13. Click on Publish

14. Click on Mark as Open
